It got even more interesting at Twitter —  which has several Jewish founders, including Isaac “Biz” Stone — as it instituted a new nebulous and sweeping policy with this statement. The site is actively engaged in purges along these loose, don’t hurt anybody’s feelings lines.

“You may not promote violence against or directly attack or threaten other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability or disease” .

In today’s PC environment in which rights end when certain people’s feeling begin, that is rife for serious abuse and, at minimum, a chilling effect. We will find out soon enough what that means and if still online I will report on it.
