During this sequence an Israeli hero described as Ari the plumber managed to overcome the drag and get into the cockpit and overcome the “hijacker”.

Many legal proceedings these days are basically about planting information that can be used for later legal proceedings.
For instance, claims of sexual harassment, IE, “I didn’t like how he was looking at me”. Or low-level allegations of domestic violence, of the “I was feeling threatened” variety.

A false accusation doesn’t need to succeed. It only needs to generate a record that can be cited, next time, as prior evidence of a pattern of conduct. Wash, rinse, repeat.
The single best thing you can do to defend yourself against these sorts of attacks is to compose a declaration, yourself, and file it so that the judge, the lawyers, and every single person who opens that case file for the next thousand years will see your version of events.
Yes, I said a thousand years. That’s the scale that the Jewish Empire works at, or tries to. You need to think big.
One more example:
In two of the above links I make reference to my daughters being kidnapped.
What actually happened is that Humboldt County first kidnapped my oldest daughter, at school, after a alleged incident involving a belt, supposedly used in an attempted suicide – but no belt was produced at the hearing, even when I asked to see it.
During that or an adjacent hearing, for JV-160250, I questioned the legitimacy of the court’s allegations by pointing out that we had three other daughters who were perfectly fine.
Opposing counsel, Debra Avenmarg’s (https://apps.calbar.ca.gov/attorney/Licensee/Detail/271366) face split into the most evil, shit-eating smile I have ever seen an attractive blonde woman make. And a few days later we received paperwork and a new case number – JV-160275 – informing us that Humboldt County was going to try to take away our other three daughters, too.
And so I helped each of my daughters compose a declaration for the court, where they stated their position that no abuse was occurring. We promptly filed those three declarations in the matter of JV-160275, so that anyone who opened that file saw those three declarations right at the front.
Posting the declaration is somewhat dangerous. The State of California says that everything in that file is CONFIDENTIAL, even though the contents only strip one of any confidence in the people administering the court, and no criminal or salacious acts are described anywhere.
The truth is simpler: the Court doesn’t want peple to know how to defend themselves in court. Nor do they want you putting things in the record. That’s THEIR record; not yours. Or so they think.
We say that is bullshit. The original document was composed by my daughters and myself and we collectively own the copyright of those documents. We have an image of that original document; it does not have a court stamp on it, showing that it has not been given over to the custody of Humboldt County Superior Court. We think a strong argument can be made that it is not illegal to share that image of that document, before it has been filed, because WE CONTROL THE COPYRIGHT, not The Court. The Court only controls the documents that it has been given custody of. It does not own the facts, the participants, or their work materials.
