Refiners going down for scheduled maintenance.
I forewarned that the US refineries were not going to be able to skip fall maintenance (look at refinery runs while skipping spring maintenance)
PBF Energy just announce they were going down for 30-35 days on planned maintence.
This is their 165K bpd refinery in New Jersey.…
