Trade the community for a couch. Concert, movie and sports events have become luxury items. Alcohol consumption declining which is a good thing. Gyms have grown.
America is running out of places to gather:

I know! Sad, I took my two nephews to “Young Washington” the other day. $30.00 for 3 tickets and $40.00 for popcorn and sodas! That’s why! Plus, there were not very many people in there! The movie SUCKED!
