  2. Trump destroyed the alternative media. I don’t care about the US election clown show. It’s unbelievable how so much of the alternative media gets drawn into this pro Trump garbage.

    I know Russ isn’t that into it, but the guy (Trump) was trash last time and probably will be again. Even the anti war stuff, he said a bunch of stuff which was antithetical to that. Dude is all over the place and the tariff thing is plain stupid.

  3. That is awesome you are traveling in Tunisia Russ. Have you had a chance to visit the ancient Carthaginian historical sites? There is a lot of ancient history in that part of the world, Tunisia was also home to the ancient Numidians.

    Regarding the discussion, Jim Fetzer is so lost man, he stubbornly refuses to see Trump for what he is, Paul is right, Jim and all those that voted for Trump will just have to learn the hard way. No president that pushed a poisonous vaccine on millions of people is an alternative to anyone, and as far as Trump “not starting any wars,” he launched missiles at Syria and assassinated Qassem Soleimani, which were acts of war! He also supports the genocide of the Palestinians, it amazes me how people continually make excuses for Trump, it is sickening! Trump’s coming betrayal of his supporters is going to be epic!

    • I am here for warm weather, swimming pools and physical and strength rehab. I suffered a serious fall four years ago and had surgery for a raptured quad tendon that has developed into osteoporosis. So my touring days are over, limited walking and standing times. I thought the Romans eradicated Carthage?

      I doubt if Iran will have patience with Trumpian World Wide Wrestling antics.

      • Hi, can you use your leg after that surgery? If so, do the basic excercises and develop them patiently. There is a real chance to make it healthier thanks to that. Was that tendon reconstructed? What did they do? Osteoporosis is something you may help yourself with. The solution (always) is bringing back life to that area, tissue (blood circulation, more efficient circulation, body fluids movement, etc.) This is how you feed the bones and the tissues. There is no secret, unless you are a pfysician and you don’t know that 🙂 Healthy fluid in the cells helps a lot. Send me an e-mail and I shall share some experiences with you 🙂

        • The left knee is stiff and the cap is numb. They cut nerves in surgery. They stitch the tendon ends back together. You tube has videos of this surgery. Much walking and standing is very problematic causing swelling and pain once you go bone on bone. I believed I walked too much in recovery. Falls are an ever present danger. I use walking sticks for stability. The muscles and tendons become misbalanced which can affect the right hip. I am focused on prevention of hip osteoporosis. My good knee seems resilient even as it is being favored.

          About all I can really do is maintain leg and glute strength. I used a pool available here for four months. I went to Tunisia for two weeks to pick back up pool movement exercise. I will later go regularly to the spa town Marienbad to continue water movement until next May. There is no easy cure. I’ve used collagen drinks but no impact. I had one steroid shot in the beginning but halted that. Stationary biking gets fluid in the joints but once I walk it gets dissipated. I am fully aware that non stress movement supposedly helps but am not so convinced. The bad aspect of this is that resting is about all that really relieves pain and discomfort. Moving is really a grind, literally. Weight management is challenging when one isn’t burning enough energy.

          • Dzień dobry, Russ. Yes, pool is a very good idea, as it takes away significant portion of your weight making movement easier and less painful. Following this idea you may try the excercises that are load limited, like sitting and supine. Osteoporosis may be avoided only via making your tissues alive again. Therefore… I thnk it’s generally BS, although this time: no pain, no gain… sorry 🙂 The idea is to limit the pain to minumum, as the best cure is caring for your-self, anyway 🙂 This is the KEY to everything.
            Working on bending seems to be the key therfore testing different combination, approaches will be the way. There will be no regeneration of the tissues without work. Heads of the bones, their smooth surfaces, the greasze stuff making movement smooth and painless are to be reached only this way. There are no “medicines” or “supplements” changing that. Your body, as an ultra intelligent computer will do it’s job, needs some help and signals from the parts that need to be regenerated. The cut nerves are not helping. People belive today that cuting the “not-too-nice” pice on thier skin is a good idea and makes it “beauty”, you know.
            Patience, being gentle and consistency will help, no doubt. Excercicing even 2-3 times a day will help. Gentle stuff, low level of pain, etc. Good fat (real meat) in diet will also help, it’s a cure itself, especially in terms of nerves 🙂

            • Thanks for your input. Eating real meat is on my menu, so at least that’s a good thing. The facia on my knee cap is now calcified. I twist the tissue a lot which slowly helps over time. At 73, I don’t have joint osteoporosis elsewhere so maybe I’m not too old yet to recover some. Mostly though I deal with body strength issues.

              • Yes, good point with fascia. Treat it regularly, especially above the knee. Back, sides and – especially – front of your tigh. Below the knee, it is very important, too. Above and below will support the flow of the stuff: good and bad. As we know the body needs nutritions and ability to cleanse itself. These two are the key. Massage will help, too. This together will help to recover, a lot. You may use yoga blocks, tennis ball, smaller bolls (rather not too soft). You can put it in one spot and try to move the limb (complete, part, the foot…) after in order to make the move of the tissues which causes the feeding and cleaning.

    • Exactly, Trump has managed to fool alternative media people who should know better. Even Ron Paul posted a video talking about how the Deep State is “panicking” now that Trump won, and Redacted is praising Trump for his plans to end the war in Ukraine.

      The only reason Trump is ending the war in Ukraine is because he is going to start a war with Iran and Lebanon and continue the genocide of the Palestinians. Ghislaine Maxwell confirmed in 2016 that they have footage of Trump at Epstein Island, when asked about the tapes she said that she doesn’t know where they are, meaning they had them and now the deep state has it and is probably using it as blackmail to keep Trump in line. Trump supporters are in for a rude awakening.

    Short story: What works for me. I rub Castor Oil on my right knee and hip with a cotton ball every night before bed. I include my good left knee for good measure and rub it in for all three areas.
    Long story: Early April 2022 my neighbor’s vehicle broke and I was transporting her to bank, pharmacy, and to get groceries. She was always wanting to give me something. Well, she had this 22-lb frozen turkey. I met her at the door and held it in my right hand and carried it into the kitchen to the freezer. I held it until I found room for it. I felt it a little that night but not much. I continued to do routine things for the next day or two and my shoulder began to hurt really bad. My sister, knowing herbs, rubbed something on my back (I think where my arm connects with my shoulder blade). Anyway, after 2 weeks the pain was still there. My son and sister kept insisting I go see a doctor. Well, I had my sister go with me and went to the local walk-in clinic. The “nurse” said I could do exercises like walk my fingers up the door facing, really. Another “nurse” came in and gave me two shots in my hip area. I was told it was a steroid and an anti-inflammatory. Another person came in with something to sign and like a dummy I signed without reading it. I left with a prescription for pain pills.
    My sister thought the steroid shot would stop the pain – but it didn’t. The pain was worse. The pharmacist had reminded me to eat when taking the pain pills, so I did not feel they were good. I took about three of the pain pills and decided to feel the pain. I tried turmeric but it doesn’t dissolve very good in liquid. I used a grocery bag with cold (those little things that keep lunches cold) to slip over my shoulder to find the hurt and hold it for 20 minutes. I put my arm in a sling. I had never had this problem before. However, I did have an old injury on my right knee. How they connect, I don’t know. My shoulder got better in another month or so, but my knee and hip got worse. I thought I would have to start using a cane and even bought one.
    The shots were KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE and TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE. A saw a little skit later that Tromethamine was one of the ingredients in Moderna’s COVID shot. I did not take a COVID shot but unknowingly got this other jab.
    With my knee and hip getting worse I could barely raise my foot an inch off the floor. I started taking more C vitamin since it’s water soluble. I was already taking Vitamins C, D, and Zinc because at 70+ I could not afford to get sick and go to the hospital during the COVID scare. I even used “horse” lineament. I got “Canada Dry” tonic water for my legs – only a small drink a day for the winter. The lineament helped but wore off too quickly.
    I am on the computer a lot and saw Dr. Tom Cowan doing a talk with a woman on her podcast that was doing Castor oil treatments. They were using it like a poultice. I tried it that way once but couldn’t keep it stationary on my knee at night. It was too much trouble. I came up with the idea of the cotton ball and have used it ever since. I can walk and am mostly pain free.

  7. IMO, the same folks who wanted Biden to win in 2020 have facilitated Trump’s re-election. The only difference is that in 2020 15 million extra Biden votes were artificially created to beat Trump. This time they simply allowed the real vote totals to take effect–knowing that Trump would win.

    Both parties simply represent different chords played by the same organist on the same Wurlitzer.

    They are bringing back a stronger “resurrected” Trump–more Zionist than ever, one who openly supports the genocidal war in Gaza, and is ready for war against Iran.
