This is great to see!
Poland has had such a tumultuous and unstable history with its borders in constant flux due to constant partitioning over the centuries vis-à-vis Russians, Tartars, Mongols, Swedes, and Germans that one wonders how Poland survived at all. I read James Michener’s superb ‘Poland’ back in the ’90’s and thought he did a fabulous job of communicating through historical fiction the vicissitudes that this tough and hardened people have endured over time.
Have a great Thanksgiving with your family Russ!
Poland should have allied with the German Reich in the 1930s instead of being Great Britain’s pawn to bring about the Second World War. Then the white race might not be facing the severe existential crises of the post-1945 world.
