Star Chamber ‘Law’ Leads to Child Porn Discovery on Computer of Suspected CIA Leaker

During the course of an investigation into the Vault 7 leak, the FBI discovered child pornography on the computer of suspect Joshua Schulte, a former staff member of the CIA’s Engineering Development Group, which produced the agency’s electronic surveillance tools that were made public. Following graduation from UT in 2011, he spent a year at the NSA before joining the CIA, where he worked until 2016. Now he’s a software engineer at Bloomberg.

Schulte, 29, who lives in New York, was described as a disgruntled worker by the CIA. He filed a report about incompetence at the agency, and is now in federal jail in Manhattan — not for the Vault 7 hack, but for child pornography. Schulte’s lawyer Jacob Kaplan said the FBI suspects his client was behind the leak of some 8,000 CIA documents to WikiLeaks in March 2017.

To a thinking person with even rudimentary awareness of the Star Chamber Justice system, which we write about at The New Nationalist (TNN), this smells like the current-day version of “let’s sprinkle some crack on him.” Planting child porn on the suspect makes dealing with the case so much easier and avoids discovery that might come with a legal proceeding. Unfortunately, because of real and legitimate concerns about pedogate, the public buys it hook, line and sinker. What a way to ruin or control someone, too. How many days will there be until they find Schulte hanging in his jail cell?

This is a weapon very much in use now outside of the judicial process. Blacklists can be compiled by Star Chamber law enforcement and social workers of snoopy or difficult people and potential whistle blowers. Meanwhile, those same police and social workers allow child molester gangs to operate for decades and still haven’t explained why. I would suggest a version of this may also be in play in the Smiley Face Killings (SFK).

Once the person is on the list, they find all sorts of jobs and services closed to them. Everywhere they go, they are flagged. And if someone becomes as difficult as Schulte, a false child porn or abuse charge is levied. By now, nobody even knows who is on the list, or if they should be on it. People who are actually abusing kids are allowed to lurk in the shadows.

Meanwhile, terrorism and child porn is used to justify total Internet surveillance by Crime Syndicate operations. And there is something practical to consider: Popular porn sites offer videos made in foreign countries — countries where the legal age of consent is lower. In most of Europe, it is 14 or 15. In most states of Mexico and in the Philippines, it is 12 years old. In Brazil, it’s 14.

In the UK, the age of consent to any form of sexual activity is 16 for both boys and girls. Any sexual activity between an adult and someone under 16 is a criminal offense. However, in the U.S., consent is age 18 in 11 states, including California, Florida, Arizona and Virginia. It’s 17 in eight states, including New York, Texas and Illinois. It’s age 16 in all other states.

Consider 18 U.S.C. 2423(b)} forbids traveling in interstate or foreign commerce to engage in “illicit sexual conduct” with a minor; this is considered one form of sexual tourism. 2423(f) refers to Chapter 109A as its bright line for defining “illicit sexual conduct” as far as non-commercial sexual activity is concerned. For the purposes of age of consent, the only provision applicable is {Chapter 109A, 18 U.S.C. 2243(a)}. 2243(a) refers to situations where such younger person is under the age of 16 years.

How would you even know what the ages of the younger porn performers are? If you are an adult tourist and have sex with young women (or men), how would you know for certain the age without extreme scrutiny? If the porn was legally produced in Mexico utilizing 12 year olds, Italy, Germany, Hungary, Brazil or Bulgaria utilizing 14 year olds, or Sweden, Poland, Romania, or the Czech Rep with 15 years olds, and you are a resident of the United States, U.K. or the Low Countries, technically you are watching underage porn even if unknowingly.

The goons don’t even have to plant it on you. Only a small percentage of pornography has an age disclosure on it. And there is an enormous amount of pirated, private and underground porn available online on heavily used sites. If push came to shove, that could be easily be used against you or to compromise you.
