How are the number of buyers calculated?
As a homeowner, when years ago house prices kept artificially rising due to BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street etc… buying up all the properties, I knew they were making it real hard for my children to afford their own property. As per #NWO plan, they are both stuck renting, even though they have good paying jobs.
They told us that we’ll own nothing and we’ll be happy.
The problem with dumb Americans is that they don’t know how to think outside the box. 84 percent of Americans don’t have even $10,000 in the bank because they are simpletons that constantly get fleeced and duped by the Jewish Epstein elite.
One of my Guatemalan coworkers at my job said you can buy a big, beautiful house in Guatemala for $50,000. Another coworker of mine from Nicaragua (I work with a lot of Latinos)d says you can get a nice home there for $20,000 and unlike shitty American houses that are made from drywall there they make houses with cement.
Stay in the USA, work a job for five or ten years, get rid of all your stupid, useless bills, save six figures, learn Spanish then retire to Latin America and buy a house therefor 1/4 of what you will pay in the USA. Why buy a house in a collapsing empire which you will never own where you will have to pay property taxes when you can buy a house in Latin America for a fraction of the cost? Thinking outside the box opens up many opportunities, it is people that do thinks the conventional way that are going to get screwed in the coming years. I ride an electric scooter to work instead of a car because cars keep you broke, in debt and dependent on the Rockefeller Oil cartel.
There is little sense of social responsibility and spirituality in the baby boomer generation. They got in on the ground floor and their assets swelled in valuation bubbles. They live high on the hog now with their golf and travel and second homes. Properties are valued far beyond their actual worth, and there is no ground floor save for the trailer park. Avarice is so deeply structured into the American ethos that few even recognize this dangerous vice. It’s glorified and masked as success.
No one in America “owns” a home, once you’re done paying the mortgage and interest you still have to continue paying property tax which makes the government a de facto landlord, and you can be rest assured the tax will keep increasing, either in your lifetime or that of your forebears. Stop paying your property tax and you’ll find out who really owns your home. Every American is a renter, whether they live in a house or apartment.
