  1. What is interesting is that Zero Hedge, or Zio-Hedge as it is now called, featured this topic, they failed to mention that DeGette is a Zionist Stalwart and highly paid shill. As if her loss was some kind of weird anomaly. They did mention that while the winner Melat Kiros is a “Democratic Socialist” (I’m not sure if that is good or not but who cares at this point) she is in some way critical of Israeli political power. So ZH nows runs cover for the Epslime Crass.

    • Zio Hedge himself always tip toes around the JQ. His comment section however is rife with anti Israel sentiment and he doesn’t seem to censor it. If he did he would lose half his following.

  2. Point taken, actually Zero Hedge is still very good on a number of topics (not to mention the hard core financial stuff that is for the experts in that field) and you can’t blame Mr. ZH for trying to avoid being attacked by the usual suspects by drawing too much attention.

  3. I met and admired Israel Shamir way back in the day when he wrote his break out books that were just fantastic at smashing the jewish ideology in a very literary, unique and wonderfully readable way.

He posited at some point that the Body Politic is a torso that needs two legs, a Right leg and a Left leg. In other words, in a very simple way, that is hard to refute, a political system needs a free market (the right) and a stable social welfare system (not in the degraded meaning that “welfare” has now taken on) for the left leg.

Our present system is out of balance, skate boarding on one leg after drinking a bottle of booze, or, a technocratic, financial, militaristic system that has lost all spirituality and meaning for life.

Btw, Israel Shamir still has articles that appear at the Ron Unz site. I believes he now lives back in Russia where he started out from.
