Stanislav Krapivnik gave a detailed report on how the Russian forces were gradually making progress toward taking Eastern Ukraine, most disturbing is that he noted (and has previously) that the Ukrainians seem to not mind, apparently, being killed in battle even when it is just to take a small amount of land back to immediately lose it again to the Russians. As for in Russia, he noted Russians are increasingly angry and he said that two years ago he warned that unless Russia acted more strongly then, it would eventually result in hard action having to take place (such as nuking a Ukrainian city) to get the Ukrainians and NATO (Britain and their drones) “to back the fuck off”. He said later than he didn’t think it would come to a nuke though. Glenn Diesen noted that Putin’s rhetoric in 2025 was more diplomatic whereas this year he is not so patient and things seems to be moving faster. As you allude, will another big attack be coming on Kiev? I guess most Russians want to finish off this war.

   *(On another note, “Staz” is a very charismatic guy– Russian to the core but speaks and acts like an American; is very sharp and knowledgeable, but also holds a huge grudge against Germany especially historically. That is understandable and I would not always question people’s biases and grudges as that is their business but he sees history differently that revisionists do, as is his right since Russia has been under attack for a thousand years or so. As for present day “West Germany” Merz, the EU and NATO are just asking for savage take down due to their stupidity. I agree with him on that point.)

4. Having a hard time swallowing this. There’s no mention of this and I doubt Russia doesn’t have ample AA around Moscow to prevent such a thing
