I read recently that the entire Epstein story is a false flag to distract the masses away from their loss of freedom. Some say that the man isn’t even dead and comments like this certainly make it seem staged:

I try to preface my posts with a caveat that images on the WWW being possibly manipulated or outrightly faked; nonetheless, some ideas:
1) 27:34 resembles in part the Villa of Mysteries mural in Pompeii.
2) 1:22:38 The statue uses the evil / death grin (Black Dahlia face slashings, Steeplechase face, Pennywise etc.).
3) 1:10:44 Cheetah print materials are apparently associated with mind control.
4) 47:37 and elsewhere – Body parts. As a guess, these might have been castings of his former girls – dead or alive.
5) 1:37:46 This is somehow eerily similar to the final parts of the movie Running Scared (2006), with the neat cataloguing of material within a closet space.
Ultimately, I think this Epstein story is being used to gauge our responses to this situation. Regardless, I hope something in this post might trigger something in people.
