The scope is placed too far back on the rifle to work properly.
The FBI released a photo of what they say is the murder weapon: a bolt action .30-06 built from a 98 Mauser receiver. If you have ever fired a rifle like that (I have lots of times – a 1903 Springfield) you know that the recoil is substantial, i.e., it f*ing kicks.
Look at where the telescopic sight is mounted. It is too far to the rear. Too close to the shooter’s face. This isn’t trivial. When that rifle recoils the end of the scope will be driven into the shooter’s eye ridge and leave a nasty bruise and/or cut.
I have had no interest in Charlie Kirk and his organization because of his rabid pro-Israel rhetoric. His defense of Israel over the USS Liberty in direct opposition to the testimony of the survivors of that atrocity was just plain infuriating.
However, I have since learned that Charlie was beginning the process of “leaving the reservation” and was likely to take a good portion of his tribe with him. His comments about Epstein being a Mossad asset were likely just the beginning of his exodus. So, for the Zionists he was transforming from an asset into to a liability. The solution to that problem would be to dramatically establish his legacy as a staunch Zionist (which is what Satanyahu immediately began doing) while simultaneously hijacking the surge of emotions and sympathy and thus stopping any further expansion of what the Zionists fear most: “The Goyim know!”. It also directs the public’s attention away from the daily Gaza genocide.
