The time ha finally arrived when a lawsuit has been filed earlier in the week against Bitchute and Rumble for permitting a Wild West atmosphere to exist on their platforms. They have demonstrated zero responsibility towards policing abuses and will now will be afforded the opportunity to explain their neglect to a jury. We believe their deficiency results from utilizing poorly programmed bots (non humans) that respond with crickets to all abuse flags. Fetzer feels there is a deep state agenda in the mix.

Unfortunately for V-H I run an adult site focused on facts rather than hyperbole. The link to the suit is in the post above and nowhere does it call for the shut down of the platforms. Nor are the individuals mentioned in the third video mentioned as defendants in the suit. It does call for a shut down of Victor Hugo’s sorry defamation channels for sure. One needs to be dim witted in the extreme to take statements and claims from Victor Hugo at face value at this stage.
Depending on the size of a judgement could Rumble and Bitchute be forced into bankruptcy? Possibly, but a bankruptcy would wipe out the capital of current investors, but most likely the franchises would then be picked up by other more responsible investors who would reform the current irresponsible polices/poor management and make the platforms much better and much improved especially from a user safety perspective. It would also be a lesson in propriety for all social media.
