The real meaning of the parade was the end of the Deep State’s control of Washington DC, the reintegration of the District of Columbia back into the restored Constitutional Federal Republic, and establishing the legal primacy of the Continental Army which created the civilian government. No badges of rank or unit designation, that doesn’t happen in the military and it was a thirteen gun salute not twenty one, thirteen is for funerals.
