Assume patches of land will be cleared and lean-tos and tents will be pitched, kind of like US homeless encampments. You can see prospects for this along side the cleared roads.
The good news is that Gazans don’t face NIMBY issues like here in Oakland. There is far less mental illness and drug use to deal with as well.
Water is restored at least temporarily so I suppose mains can be located. Sanitation is paramount but sewer lines can be dug up and activated in a porta potty system. Toilet and shower faculties may have survived within more partially wrecked buildings and be used communally.
Depending on equipment available from the outside, maybe electric lines can be located here and there. Some rubble can be cleared to create patches of land. Even some gardens can be set up. A few lesser damaged buildings could be located to provide shelter for small numbers of people.
Some buildings need to be dropped and cleared for safety reasons.
How this is handled will be a testament to the people of Gaza and their will. A key consideration is will Israel break the cease fire with regularity and continue murdering civilians on the ground. Since the plan has now shifted to ethnic cleansing obstacles may be put in the way.

Agreed, although a sudden collapse of the U.S. would benefit the Palestinians because then the USA could no longer support Israel. I need to return to the USA to take care of my niece since her father, my brother, has passed away.
