It seems that Victor Hugo in his butt hurt high school diva like grievance crusade against James Fetzer has managed to hook up with a night shade attorney named Wyn. Wyn claims to be a now unemployed thirty year veteran contract lawyer, who by all appearances is about 40-45 years old- not 60, curious indeed. Maybe he passed the bar at 15, who knows. The show begins by accusing Alex Jones of taking a dive in his Sandy Hook court case. The attorney draws the conclusion by reviewing the poor Jones defense in the case. This is not a new theory and has been around for awhile. I assign a high possibility of this being valid.
Keep in mind that Alex Jones did little research on Sandy Hook. What little he did do relied on a legitimate researcher and heroic figure named Wolfgang Halbig and maybe to some extent James Fetzer. Jim has said in the past that Alex turned down his assistance.
But Alex Jones folded his tent early on. He was subjected to lawfare anyway, and for those watching the court case winged it throughout in what appeared to be a star chamber hearing.
Next the attorney and Victor, after covering some truths about the Alex Jones case, go all down hill. They throw the baby out with the bath water. The principle assertion is that Halbig and Fetzer threw up weak deliberately incompetent defenses. Primarily it was that they had their cases adjudicated in state rather than federal court. The faulty logic here is that federal courts are less corrupt than state court. Really?
Irregardless Nightshade doesn’t seem to be aware that Fetzer took his case all the way to the Supreme Court. That wouldn’t fit their fictitious made up rendition would it.? It is also quite the omission for someone who claims to have examined the paper trail of the case.
So surely Wyn claims these losing defense maneuvers proves without doubt that Fetzer and Halbig also took legal dives. In the real world this ignores that in Wolfgang Halbig’s case he settled on favorable terms on the understanding that he would desist further investigation into Sandy Hook. Jim, well he got screwed with a monetary judgment.
This attorney “Wyn” seems to assume laymen like Fetzer and Halbig have the resources, funds, and knowledge to stand up to aggressive well healed lawfare and corrupt courts. Nonsense- as one who has been in a litigation defense with a crooked unlicensed plumber, legal mistakes and poor representation are par for the course. It can get expensive in a hurry even when defending against bogus plaintiffs. My attorney in the end called me a tough, good litigator, but only after taking hard earned knocks. Poor or hard knock earned defenses doesn’t make one culpable of taking a dive. Having a Dr. in your title does not make you immune in this system.
Next this “attorney” admits he has never even looked at Fetzer and Halbig’s work on Sandy Hook, but still feels compelled to call these researchers “tainted”. Wow, quite the admission. He even uses an ad homenium “gurus” as shadow language to describe them. What a poorly constructed hit piece.
The twisted Hugo logic and vendetta goes so far as to claim that Fetzer’s research association with the now demonized Brian Davidson by Victor surely means he is compromised in some way. You see Victor’s panties are still in a bundle after Brian walked off a Fetzer show when things got heated between the two. Next Victor called Davidson and then Fetzer cowards. The ensuing shitstorm ultimately got Victor bounced from Fetzer shows including the Fearsome Four series I participate in. Victor refers to this as the “traitorous backstabbing” a theme which runs ad nauseum on Victor’s shows.

I recall a very knowledgeable woman researcher who was aghast at one of his questions which would require speculation on a very powerful person. Very odd. Victor DEFENDS a guy who attacks my work without reading it! That tells you he has no scruples. I have pioneered collaborative research on a wide range of complex and controversial historic events, such as JFK, 9/11, the moon landings and the Holocaust. In the case of Sandy Hook, i brought together 13 experts, including 6 Ph.D.s, and we established that te school had been closed by 2008, that there were no students or teachers there, and that it had been a FEMA drill for which we even found the manual, which I included as Appendix A.
Further research, including brilliant work by Brian Davidson, who accessed the CT State Police files. Brian found proof that not only had there been no mass murder but that it was not even an operating school. So neither Wyn nor Victor appear to have a clue as to what my collaborative research has shown. Diva Victor has now gone through several phases in terms of performance 1. Edgy and relatively effective presentation on shows including one I was involved in. I didn’t find that problematic. 2. Jim I’ve been with you ever Sandy Hook. You and Halbig were among the first to open my eyes to the deception along with Russ. I will agree that it is perhaps over reaching to blanket condemn an entire demographic but I must point out that while there is serious push back for Gaza and other Netanyahoo crimes, many of the community simply remain quiet- it’s silent permission. I know they’re threatened by that power structure, I know they rely on the machine for their jobs and perks, so they are compromised as well. As a whole, the entire community is more involved than you want to allow.

How is that Wyn guy not a kid fresh out of law school? He looks, acts, and has the mentality of a young, immature adult. I thought he must be early 30s by the way he looks and acts.
