Mental illness is their core issue.
There was once a well known stereotype of Jews being, “The Lying Jew,” and these two jokers reinforced that stereotype.
Maybe this is his way of ferreting out ‘antisemites’ by tricking them into thinking they CAN criticize the jew without consequences.
