UPDATE: Eureka Women’s March Organizers Stand by Decision

ABC NEWS (KRCR) — A Women’s March planned in Eureka has been postponed by the organizers over fears that participants were not diverse enough.
The march was set to take place on Jan. 19, 2019, but leading up to the event, organizers pulled the plug, pushing for an event that “represents all members of the community.”
The announcement was met with mixed response on social media, gaining national attention. Some applauded the group for its decision, others expressed frustration. […]
