40,000 of these bombs. What possible purpose is there for this? Gaza is already leveled. Lebanon is primarily a guerrilla type operation. Drop them on Iran’s granite mountains? Not really the right ordinance for close support of ground troops.
Or something much more sinister like terror bombings of civilians? If so Iran has promised a multiple fold retaliation.
The Trump administration is planning to send Israel forty thousand 2,000 pound bombs, funded with $2.8 billion from U.S. taxpayers.
