Another tsunami wave of Neo-Caligula corruption is sweeping in. We learn about an insider trade on a small company called Axon which Trump purchased two weeks before it was awarded a $220 million Taser contract.

Image

This chart illustrating the trades made by each administration since 1990. Revealingly previous Presidents have 0 versus Neo-Caligula’s (second term) 3,642.

Image

Next up are the total dollars scammed in Neo-Caligula’s crypto grifts. Trump’s sketchy “Middle East negotiator” is involved as well.

Image

Ultimately the foils lost approximately the same amount the Trump gangsters gained. What a coinkydink.

This all harkens back to Trump’s weird ass revelation of the method telling of “The Snake” story. What could that have all been about?

8 Comments on Neo-Caligula Trump’s Corruption for the Ages

  1. When I think of corruption we haven’t seen yet, I am just naturally reminded of Humboldt County, California.

And that image of an iceberg, representing most of the corruption, out of sight and underground – is more apropos than you might think.

Fortuna is back in the news this week.

Seems the local non-profit, Miranda’s Rescue – which holds itself out to the world as an animal rescue facility – was actually taking rescued dogs out back, shooting them in the head, and burying them, in groups, neatly layered for efficient utilization of limited surface area.

These would be animals that Miranda’s Rescue first solicited a four-figure donation from the owners of – a “rehoming” fee, lol.

The Lost Coast Outpost is trying to downplay the story because they are starting to realize that the rest of California hates Humboldt County, much like the rest of the Middle East hates Israel. This story has disappeared. But it’s worth reading:

‘‘This Investigation is Just Getting Started’: Sheriff’s Office Uncovers 117 Dog Carcasses, 21 Skulls and ‘Hundreds of Bones’ at Miranda’s Rescue’, https://lostcoastoutpost.com/2026/jun/26/sheriffs-office-update-mirandas-rescue-investigati/

“… investigators located more than 600 dog collars.”

Just another non-profit gone bad; nothing to see here, keep moving.

But it’s not just the non-profit that’s bad.

    It’s the whole town.

But it’s not the whole town. It’s the whole county. Maybe the whole state.

My own firsthand experience indicates that neither Fortuna’s police department or Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office – including the office of the county coroner – can be trusted to enforce the laws of the state.

Such claims require corroboration. I call the following URLs to your attention:

[1] https://www.findlaw.com/legalblogs/personal-injury/jury-awards-45m-in-eureka-police-beating-death/ – Eureka police kicked a homeless man to death and claimed he died of an LSD overdose.

I knew this was impossible (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Median_lethal_dose and https://www.erowid.org/chemicals/lsd/lsd_death.shtml, search for ‘LD50’) and wrote a response on Craigslist suggesting the coroner was lying.

(To do anything less, IMHO, would be to be an accessory to murder.)

A lawsuit was filed by Martin Cotton’s family and Eureka paid a penalty for killing Martin and lying about his death. Humboldt’s coroner was disqualified. Humboldt was forced to send bodies to Santa Rosa.

But the ex-coroner who had lied was later elected mayor of Eureka. Really.

[2] https://salanave-runyon.org/herbie.html#09humboldt – Humboldt County kidnapped my oldest daughter under false pretenses and tried to kidnap my other three daughters as well; note, also, the many abuses and irregularities observed in Humboldt County Superior Court itself, over many years.

[3] https://salanave-runyon.org/herbie.html#09humboldt – my younger brother was poisoned and robbed and murdered, and the Fortuna police and Humboldt County coroner’s office helped conceal the crime from discovery.

(It’s entirely possible that these events were, in part, retaliation, by the Humboldt County government, for my posting on Craigslist challenging the coroner’s corrupt verdict.)

[4] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xylazine#Recreational_use – There is someone selling xylazine in Fortuna and the authorities don’t care to investigate. The FBI has an office in Fortuna but I’ll bet $100 that the Fortuna PD never mentioned “xylazine” to the FBI, not once.

When assessing these events at Miranda’s Rescue there is another fact that it is important to know.

The social center of Fortuna is the Eel River Brewery, where many of the county’s government employees can be found, after work, eating and drinking. The brewery has a courtyard, where most people sit.

The Eel River Brewery is situated just about one mile away from Miranda’s Rescue – maybe a few thousand feet downstream from the animal facility, separated only by a vast and empty field. It’s a ten-minute walk.

I find it very difficult to believe that over a span of ten years, with customers employed by HCSO, FPD, EPD, FBI, ATF, BLM, DTF, CWS, etc sitting outside, stuffing their faces while over 600 animals are killed with a firearm, less than a thousand feet away … nobody heard anything.

(600 shootings spread over 10 years equals 60 shootings per year, or more than one shooting per week for ten years straight.)

I lived across the freeway, in Fortuna, two miles away – and I never had any problem hearing gunshots coming from that direction. I even called the Fortuna police dispatcher a time or two.

A single shot is not target practice. Sometimes it was a full magazine.

Fortuna PD will say gee, we thought the gunshots came from the river – but that excuse only works during the summer, when the riverbed is dry.

    So I have questions.

Here’s one of them: where are the dead cats? Miranda’s Rescue definitely handles cats, see https://mirandasrescue.org/cats

I personally know Miranda’s Rescue doesn’t love cats because they kept all the cats in a large fenced common holding pen with shared dishes and no shelter from the elements – I saw this with my own eyes when I adopted a cat there, ten years ago, it was like a concentration camp for cats, but my plate was already full to overflowing and I could do nothing but take note of it, for the future.

Here’s another one: was Mr Miranda a deep sea fisherman?

Here’s another one, if you haven’t figured it out yet: what did Mr Miranda use for bait?

Here’s the last one: did Mr Miranda frequently go fishing with Humboldt County law enforcement officers?

    More to come, I’m sure.

If you’re traveling north along the West Coast, I suggest I-5, instead of US-101.

    Your dog will thank you!

  2. Wondering if Mr Miranda has a second passport

Wondering if Mr Miranda has been to Israel recently

Wondering if Mr Miranda is ex-IDF

It would explain a few things, no?

Miranda’s Rescue treats pets like Israel treats Palestinians

  3. He claims to know nothing about where his money is invested. Such a fraud. Unfortunately, if nothing is done about it we can expect more of the same or worse.

  4. More on Miranda’s Rescue – (((Lost Coast Outpost))) has blocked me

Here’s the report from the neighbor – you won’t read this anywhere else, it was uploaded to the Lost Coast Outpost and a search engine found it for me:

    https://lostcoastoutpost.com/loco-media/loco-media/agendizer/attachment/24711/0.pdf

“From this vantage point, I was able to see the conditions in which the dogs were held. While a few puppies and small dogs are housed in the public area, the majority of the dogs are held in kennels in the back area where no public is allowed. All of the dogs live outdoors year round,
even in winter when the wind howls, the rain comes down sideways, and the temperature dips down near freezing. Multiple dogs are held in many of the kennels, where the only shelter is a single igloo. The dogs are fed once a day; a single scoop of dry kibble is dumped into a bowl in
the kennel. The kennels are hosed out every 7 to 14 days with the dogs inside, leaving many dogs soaked on the coldest days of the year. Other than feeding and cleaning, the dogs receive no human contact. Their barking, howling and crying Is almost constant, as any visitor to my
    house can tell you.”

(This corroborates my description of the lack of care the cats received.)

    [snip]

“That night, we took shovels and headed into the hole. We dug until we began to uncover dead dogs. As we uncovered them, we removed them from the hole. We stopped after we had removed eight dogs, though there were still more underneath our feet. The dogs we removed were still warm and soft. All had been shot in the head. Two were puppies who still had all their baby teeth.”

    [snip]

“In 2007 he began raising money to build a “Canine Castle,” indoor housing for the dogs. Hundreds of people donated and he collected thousands of dollars, but the castle was never built. Instead, the dogs continue to live outdoors in squalor while Shannon and his husband, Jim Oxborrow, purchased a luxury home in Las Vegas for $1,050,000 in February 2004.”

    [snip]

“Miranda’s Rescue board of directors includes Shannon Miranda, Brian Paris, Brigg Paris (father and son), and Tom Cooper (before 2019), and Mary Engle (after 2019). The organization’s Form 990 reveals that Brian Paris and Brigg Paris received extremely large payments in 2017,2018,
2021,2022, and 2024. Dean Paris, who was Shannon’s partner, and described on the organization’s website as the CFO of Miranda’s Rescue, may have knowledge of the purpose of these payments.”

Turns out, someone allegedly stole a dog and two puppies from Miranda’s Rescue. Or was that the explanation offered to the volunteer, for why the dogs had disappeared? It seems possible that those dogs were shot, and buried, like all the others:

    https://lostcoastoutpost.com/2018/dec/11/three-dogs-stolen-their-kennels-mirandas-rescue/

Someone was telling Humboldt County EXACTLY what was going on, over TEN YEARS AGO, and everybody went, “La-la, la-la, I can’t hear you”:

    https://lostcoastoutpost.com/2015/jul/30/mirandas-rescue-celebrates-20-years-one-woman-cont/

A friend of mine has bet me $100 that Shannon Miranda has murdered someone and there are more bodies to be found; he (a veteran of the Iraq war) says nobody could kill 600 animals unless they liked killing.
