  1. And they will…soon.if florida can arrest you and put you in jail for mud on the plates, or Tennessee put you in prison for minor license plates violations…then we shall be rounded up to live in jail in America

  2. I wrote this back during the COVID lockdown madness. Updated it a bit for the current situation.

The Constitution of the United States contains neither Article nor Paragraph nor sentence nor Amendment that is followed by an asterisk that references a footnote that states “Unless the Jews do not approve … “. The rights guaranteed therein are “inalienable”. No conditions. No exceptions.
I’m a US Army veteran. I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. That didn’t end when they handed me my DD214 and said I could go home now.
If I am in a church service on a Sunday morning or any other peaceful assembly or home alone and armed agents of the government arrive and inform me and/or the group that our worship service (or peaceful assembly) is in violation of whatever local, state or Federal Gestapo edict and that we are all going to be arrested and taken away handcuffed and they proceed to forcibly remove us, I see it as meet, right and my bounden duty to resist by whatever means it takes to make them stop. That means, in my opinion, that I can legally and morally use however much .45ACP force it takes. I live in a Constitutional Carry state. I carry concealed as do many other adults, even in the congregation … including the Pastor. The police/FBI/Kosher Nostra need to ask themselves if they really want to risk getting into a fire fight over protecting their pensions, making their monthly quotas and serving their egos.
I REALLY, REALLY do NOT want to go down that road but, if pushed hard enough, I will. Wasn’t there a number of citizens a while ago who said something about mutually pledging their lives, fortunes and sacred honor?

  3. In 1890 the Superintendent of the US Naval War college was Capt. Alfred Thayer Mahan. His niche in history is that he authored a little book titled “The Influence of Seapower on History” which turned out to be very popular and influential within the ranks of professional naval officers. Kaiser Wilhelm II, who reportedly kept a copy on his bedside table, ordered that the officers of his Kreigsmarine read it.
One of the topics Mahan discussed was the concept of a ‘fleet in being’. This was the idea that just the possession of a large, powerful, efficient naval force was enough to secure a nation from the possibility of invasion and guarantee that the nation’s merchant shipping could go about its business without fear of foreign harassment. Mahan also said that the longer that a nation’s navy remains just a ‘fleet in being’ without ever going into action, the less and less effective it will be at keeping the peace. Someday, somebody will decide to take a chance.
The Second Amendment to the US Constitution has been a “fleet in being” for well over two hundred years and those who it was meant to deter are becoming restless. It looks like the time is coming when it might be necessary to do something pour encourager les autres.

  4. to a comment above, in the two motor vehicle information cited for Florida and Tennessee. i agree that going to jail for infractions as these are horrific. i just read it differently for many are simple money grabs to get get quick access of your cash for state???..courts might scare you in going to prison and make you pay big fine instead=money grab………..

    • I knew a guy who had $800 in tickets for license plate registration, insurance, etc. This was 30 Years ago! He was very happy to spend the weekend in jail with 3 hots and a cot and not have to pay these tickets. I laughed my ass off.
