Simply put, they have priced themselves out of their niche. They were THE place to go for a massive burrito or heavy, tasty Bowl for a decent, fair price. Great value + good taste. Since then portion sizes have halved and prices doubled. Ergo, it’s 1/4 as worth it to go there now
