The Hannibal directive was used so Haaretz and the Israeli Times were 100% correct and anyone that states it gets 5 years of prison for telling the truth although reporters from around the world and from within state it is obvious it was used and Hamas is an owned opposition of what is falsely called Israel as that would be Egyptian but it is not found in surrounding regions in their writings.
