NO MORE FAKE NEWS — I’ve been covering the decision in the Pennsylvania COVID case and the court filing in Ohio. They give us the templates for potential victories in other states and countries.

In Pennsylvania (ruling), a federal judge just ruled that Governor Wolf’s COVID containment measures are unconstitutional. The judge went further. NO emergency cancels the Constitution. There is a line that cannot be crossed. The right to assemble, to have freedom of movement, to earn a living—they can’t be wiped off the board by lockdowns for ANY reason.
This is, indeed, a heroic ruling. It affirms the unmistakable rays of light emanating from the basis of the American Republic.
In Ohio attorney Thomas Renz’s gigantic Ohio filing against Governor Mike DeWine, both the Constitution and issues of fact/science are asserted. Facts mean something. A declaration of emergency must undergo scrutiny, to determine whether a clear and present danger justifies the declaration. […]
Pennsylvania’s health secretary, Rachael Levine, removed her own mother from her nursing home before she issued the order to move corona positive hospital patients into nursing homes; isn’t that “foreknowledge”? How about a homicide conviction for both of them as well as Cuomo and DeBlasio in NY?
Governor Wolfe is Jewish and Rachael Levine is a Jewish transvestite medical doctor; how’s that for a “balanced team” who could be trusted to make responsible medical decisions for the masses: one rule for the masses and no rules for them.
I had a friend at work whose mother died from neglect in a nursing home during the “lock down”. She was not allowed to visit her mother for the entire time. She showed us before and after photos of her mother.. The “before photos” showed a perfectly healthy woman for her age; in the “after photos” her mother resembled someone who had just been released from a concentration camp – all withered and drawn. Two weeks later her mother died. No one addresses these homicides.
