1. …along with which it takes years for the US to replace a faulty Baltimore bridge that was a major traffic route; and China could do that in a fraction of that time (maybe we should ask for their help, the comparison is a bit unfair as there is a lot of cheap hand-labor in China they have historically relied on; that said, we gots all thems illegals but why work when the Dems can give you a free apt. and smart phone?). The big news today is the diesel fuel “crack spread” meaning the cost of oil vs the real cost of diesel after refinement (which has risen a troubling amount). The US has about 50 refineries that can deal with Diesel but 3 of them have recently permanently closed due to high cost of maintenance and reconstruction (the US is broke). That is perhaps a small number but does not show progress rather regress. Whaaaat? (Dana Carvey cartoon voice)
