Going for broke. 130 million barrels are in ESR (early single cycle) so what the DOE is saying here is that they are willing to sacrifice future storage for temporary oil.
The new claim isn’t true but they are going to pretend it is, run it to tank bottoms, and then act surprised when it’s permanently destroyed. They are already grooming the boomers on Fox News with propaganda about how Biden broke the SPR.
There are 60 caverns in four locations that comprise the SPR. Some caverns are quite large, others are relatively small. The number posted implies that some caverns will be drawn down to ~zero (not really feasible due to oil/brine interface mixing). So the “announcement” is likely just another Trump fabrication and oil price manipulation.
I strongly believe that the Trump admin called the DOE to specifically state this. The US public will probably find out sooner rather than later that this information is not even true!
If this is not a bluff I think the plan might actually be to wreck the SPR caverns, allow Middle East infrastructure to be completely destroyed, and blow up the world economy.

So does this mean there is a puppet master atop the confluence of chaotic forces or is it basically Trump, the Zio whisperers, the MIC and Fox News that are calling the shots? Joachim always says “the City of London” meaning “the Rothschilds” but I always wonder who specifically holds the power. It seems inconceivable to me that all that goes on in the world is being directed in a precise way– but it could be that Evil Demons are directing world changing events to bring about a generally desired outcome such as being able to bring down China and Russia, neuter them and steal their natural resources. I think most analysts would say that is an impossible goal for the Empire.

Is Trump is going to use oil as justification for officially establishing the North American Union between Canada, the US and Mexico? which is slated to be one of the ten regions in the world that falls under the one world government. Something like the Keystone Pipeline would suffice. Keystone being the operative word since it could serve as a building block of the NWO.
The recent shifts in our weather patterns, all point to upcoming cyclical earth changes which we know (from historical and geological study) are relative routine for our planet. There can be no other explanation as to why ancient cultures build celestial-reading monuments; they wanted to know when to be prepared and where to move for safety. Unfortunately, I think our elites know all this but are looting the economy, stealing money, fighting wars to secure new territory, to amass as much as they can, to insure their own bloodline perpetuation. The CO2 myth is just out there to keep pajama people from asking critical questions. All of this to say, I think what we’re seeing is strategic elite repositioning before the famines, water shortages, grid blackouts, mass starvation, food riots and associated civil unrest.
