It’s like dealing with a crooked law firm
I literally experienced this when I sued Oracle for unlawful termination (CIV393104, San Mateo County, California) and my lawyer and I met with Oracle’s lawyer for neutral arbitration, in 2 Embarcadero.
During arbitration my current workplace – Hambrecht & Quist, LLC – was divulged to Oracle’s lawyer.
Maybe 72 hours later I observed internet traffic from INSIDE Hambrecht & Quist’s premises, recorded in firewall logs, coming from the C Suite, and going to my website, where the case was described.
(Unbeknownst to Oracle, I was Hambrecht & Quist’s firewall administrator, among other responsibilities, at the time.)
OBVIOUSLY someone from Oracle’s law firm had divulged my place of employment to Oracle Corporation and someone within Oracle had contacted my employer’s topmost management in an attempt to provoke another termination – as had already been done, once, at Sybase Corporation.
Hambrecht & Quist, unlike Sybase, was not run by criminals – although middle management ~was~ riddled with crooked money hungry managers. But that’s another story.
Fortunately, Hambrecht & Quist was run by people who did not trust Larry Ellison; and I was not terminated.
But it was at this time that I first learned that most lawyers are criminals. I stand by that statement today, thirty years later.
What you are seeing, today, is criminals in charge. FACE THE FACTS.
My conclusion: It is enormously satisfying to to be able to publicly and repeatedly accuse Oracle Corporation, Larry Ellison, and half a dozen grubby underlings of lying under oath, concealing evidence, concealing witnesses, destroying evidence, and, now, being unable to attack me or defend themselves from these charges because they destroyed all the evidence they would need to build their case.
Morons! Eat shit, !@#$. I rub their nose in their shit like they were a bad puppy, 24×365, and there isn’t a fucking thing they can do about it.
Larry Ellison should have just paid me $100,000 and apologized.
