I have developed an opinion, based onn their wearing of turbans, that these “truck drivers” are Sikhs…a religion founded in the Punjab region (west India, partily in Pakistan) in 1500s. I see them all the time whenever we have to take I-10 to El Paso. Love driving along interstates, but seeing all these “immigrants” from India (Sikh or not) pisses me off…yes, they mostly do not drive as well as American-born truckers….and not just truckers…these “tech” folks from India calling themselves “John” or “Peter” or “Henry” or “George”…. when I hear their Indian accent I immediately hang up!
