Mike, I have read and reread your comments a bunch of times and still haven’t a clue what you are on about. The article is well written and informative for the uninitiated. I can’t for the life of me figure out why you take issue with it.
Agree with this post, but these folks made a choice. Supposedly Mustaine and DMX repented though and have accepted Christ as Savior. This sort of thing is just one reason (by divine inspiration) I wrote The Prodigal Band Trilogy about a possessed rock band that later repents (it is fiction but hopefully folks see that anyone can repent and seek the truth about how the evil uses them for evil’s agenda).

WHat of the music is satanic, though? I think this is important to look at and understand so as to avoid adhering to false doctrine & supersititon as do some sects of gnosticism posing as Christianity who variously make the same claims, even going as far as presuming fallen angels gave “music” to humankind. It seems as though the music itself, the notes & beats etc. are tools not having any inherent good or evil, the same as a hammer etc., things such as trances etc. and bypassing some mental firewalls can be achieved by using them correctly, but they themselves are not inherently good or evil. The “payload” however appears to be in the lyrics and themes conveyed, especially so when visuals are added, and this is what uses the notes & beats as a vector to bypass the mind’s usual deenses, much like a trojan virus uses benign appearing programs to invade a computer system.
As most will notice, few People listen to the actual lyrics present in music, most listen for the notes & beat, and to have background noise which they don’t consciously register, and this “tuning out” leaves the lyrics to flow right into the less concius levels of the mind.
Perhaps then, if the Lyrics were altered to be angled towards Good sentiments & themes, the evil intent of songs could be ruined and their use recast for Good ends.

I’ve often wondered how much Nietzsche would alter his ‘The Birth of Tragedy’ from 1878 if he could see how music has evolved the last 140 years. The subtitle to BT is ‘From the Spirit of Music!’ That ‘from’ can also be seen as an ‘out of.’ Nietzsche saw the elemental or Dionysian forces of music as the origin of tragic drama. The Greek chorus! It was the chorus that the audience most identified with.

For decades all across America, teens have flocked to form garage bands, of which 99.999% are going no further than high school talent shows and proms. All perfectly harmless. Personally, I am a musician, and have noticed much of this firsthand.
As a kid playing in orchestral band there was absolutely no taint of the occult. You read sheet music, and you learn how to observe a conductor, very straightforward. If you manage to stick with music through middle school you’ll eventually pick up guitar, and there it begins.

Music is powerful whether used to glorify God, or whether used by Satan to make people rebel against God. These secular artists are telling you the truth when they say that they have no abilities of their own, but instead are given the ability to make the crude noises they make from the devil himself. Most of it sounds awful because it doesn’t honor God. It’s mostly just screamin demons sounding out the tortures of hell. Back in the 1970’s when the transition was being made from pop music to the noises that are made today, there was actually some human talent involved. Billy Joel, who was a masterful classic pianist told Mike Wallace on 60 minutes that “When you are competent in an age of incompetence, it causes you to appear to be extraordinary.”
The sounds of music commenced as Solfeggio tunes in monasteries most likely in Latin ,think of the alphabetical letter heard when using a tuning fork much like the alphabetical letter used in a 6 string guitar that being E_A_D_G_B_A +their extensions .
It would be very likely to send a message sublimely to a subconscious mind
Standard 440hz tuning for 6-string guitars ( and this would be true from Segovia to Frank Zappa ) is (3) octaves. The 6th or Low E-string, 2nd fret of the D string ( 2nd octave ) and 1st-string makes the 3rd octave or “high E”. Not A. It’s just not that you couldn’t play R&R with the 1st string tuned to A, I don’t believe you could play any genre..? Unless it were used as some sort of sympathetic drone, as often done in Medieval arrangements.
Irish Folk music is played in “DADGAD”. Less frequently in “Double Drop D” where the 1st and 6th strings are tuned down a full step. Very melodic tunings and in the hands of a master, absolutely mesmerizing. But largely ineffective for any other form.
However, my understanding as to why Classical musicians and composers alike preferred to scale everything to 432hz is because it conforms to the Fibonacci Sequence, and felt it was more in tune w/ the Natural Order.
Could just be their way of coping with wealth and fame that they know they don’t deserve.
