Maybe (albeit it will be little comfort to them) — but the vicious hypocrisy and unfairness of the law enforcement and judicial establishments vis-a-vis street violence from the “left” vs from the “right” is of far more concern to me: it is really obvious, yet it gets little/no mention in the media, and those victimized by it get no sympathy — this uneven application of the law became more or less a fixed part of American “justice” with the prosecutions after Charlottesville, especially the political show trial/malicious prosecution and sentencing of James Fields (for 1st degree murder) — the latest manifestation of this is the release without charges, en masse, of criminally violent “protesters”, looters, etc arrested in many cities.
