The Cold-Blooded Murder of Daniel Shaver by ‘Police’

‘If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face — forever.’ — George Orwell (1903 – 1950)

The following video is not for the faint of heart. It shows the cold-blooded murder of traveling pest-control worker Daniel Shaver — just 26 years old and the father of two girls — by police, who have been trained by military occupation troops. For Americans, this is likely just the tip of the iceberg of what’s to come.

Equally incredible is what passes for justice and as juries in today’s inverted, twisted world. A Maricopa County, Arizona, jury on Thursday found the killer, former Mesa police officer Philip “Mitch” Brailsford, not guilty of second-degree murder charges in the 2016 shooting of an unarmed Texas man who was on his knees begging for his life. The eight-member jury also found Brailsford not guilty of the lesser charge of reckless manslaughter. The defense argued that Brailsford “followed his training” the night of the shooting.

Update: We have learned that the video of the execution of Daniel Shaver by Philip Mitchell Brailsford was not shown to the jury.

New Nationalist (TNN) readers can judge the “training” accordingly in the video. Also, see “The Nationalization and ‘Israelification’ of US Police.”

The trial also gave insight into the type of individuals and mindset of those who are being recruited into police departments. A Mesa P.D. internal report found that the words “You’re f–ked” were inscribed on the dust cover of the AR-15 patrol rifle that Philip “Mitch” Brailsford used to shoot Shaver. Again, in what passes for American “justice,” Maricopa County Superior Court Judge George Foster found the evidence “totally prejudicial” and ruled it inadmissible.

Curiously, Brailsford is described as an aspiring actor before becoming a policeman. Other than strategy of tension, there is no narrative here that points to a hoax, no race card, and it certainly doesn’t reinforce the policing model being pursued in the U.S.

As you watch the head-cam view of Shaver’s execution, keep in mind that six officers are armed and present. Only one had the presence of mind to switch weapons to a Tasar. Shaver was totally unarmed, although he was intoxicated. Put yourself in Shaver’s terrified shoes. He’s obviously extremely nervous and fidgety, but the officer is just out of control and projecting continual treats.

The police goon involved had previously been accused of using inappropriate force during an arrest just weeks before the shooting.

A woman and then Shaver are shown coming out of a room at 12:45. At 16:15, Brailsford runs Shaver through what can only be described as confusing yoga movements. As Shaver tries to mind read the cop during the last moments of his life, the “trained” officer escalates the situation. As he is crawling forward at 17:08, Shaver reaches his right hand toward his waistline, possibly to pull up his shorts, at which point Brailsford shoots him five times.

Besides gunning down Shaver with multiple rounds, keep in mind that this is a hotel with other guests in nearby rooms. In considering a hoax, note that there is no blood splatter, let alone a speck of blood on the walls after the multiple shots. For some odd reason, after the murder, there is no commotion or emotion shown. Then the police attempt to open room 500, not 502. Shaver was in 502.

TNN Takeaway and Advice

Most Americans are too asleep to realize they are living in a full-blown goon police state. It’s incumbent on citizens to be alert. Lack of sobriety, going around in public drunk or stoned, lowers your judgement and reactions. The cause of this incident stemmed from a little party with a woman, a man and Shaver in the latter’s room, No. 502. These individuals were taking shots of alcohol. While in the room, Shaver took out a pellet gun and said it was used in his pest control job to kill birds that get inside Walmart stores. The two men went to the window and were playing with the gun. They were spotted by other hotel guests, who called police.

As paranoid and neurotic as the general population is, flashing weapons of any kind is a big no no. If you ever come face to face with a trigger-happy police goon, remain passive and still. Not moving at all is probably less risky than going through police gymnastics. If you are instructed to move, keep your hands in plain sight and move deliberately.

  1. I remember when this happened because his wife is a birth doula and was in a FB group that I’m in. She was absolutely distraught and not even told about her husband’s death for days. I don’t believe it was a hoax.

  2. How is a man laying on the ground with his hands laced on top of his head a “threat”? Just walk over to him and cuff him. Unreal.

      • When the victim was lying on the floor face down, you could clearly see he wasn’t packing a gun. Even if….even if he reached back for a gun, are you to tell me he is going to hit anyone drawing up on the officers??? What a joke. I just can’t understand how this guy is walking. THAT makes absolutely no sense. Forget any perceived oddities of the video.

  3. To add to TNN takeaway/advice: When/if you get pulled over, leave your hands on the steering wheel the whole time. Don’t move them unless the cop instructs you to — and even then, move very slowly. In fact, tell them in advance what you’re going to do so the cop can object or instruct you. This helps keep them calmer. But largely — from what I’ve been told by cops — they go by your lifelong history, which they pull up and see before ever walking up to your car or responding to an incident at your home. I’d take a wild guess that Shaver has some sort of rap sheet.

    • Something is missing in this story: DETAIL. I mean, did it immediately go from 911 call to Mandalay Bay-style police death squad response? Was there ever even a phone call to the room by police to say, “Hey, Mr. Shaver, WTF are you doing?”

      • I agree. If all anyone saw was a man in a 5th floor window holding a pistol…………and that is the response??? I wonder how one might find more details from the actual court case.

    • What did you find “odd”. I watched it. Not sure I saw anything unusual. I’m guessing the girl was a prostitute. Anyone know? Not that it makes a difference…but would help explain her state of emotion.

  4. 1. This “Philip “Mitch” Brailsford ” the “aspiring actor” looks like a tranny to me. It has the face and head of a female with slopping shoulders. Look pass the tattoos.
I wonder how many trannies there are in the “militarized police”.
